Since our services are time-based and scheduled in advance, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
• 50% refund applies for cancellations made within 24–48 hours.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or after service has been delivered.
• If SERSPEC cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

For rescheduling requests, please contact us as early as possible.
